Electronic Reports (eZprava) & Data Standards
1. Outbound Transmission & AIS Integration
Medevio facilitates the secure transfer of medical data from our platform to the healthcare provider. Once a report is sent via the eZprava protocol, it is processed by the physician’s Ambulatory Information System (AIS) according to standard eZprava configuration rules.
-
Direct Delivery: Reports are pushed from Medevio into the physician's clinical inbox.
-
Automatic Filing: Upon receipt, the AIS handles the storage of the report into the patient’s electronic health record based on the predefined eZprava setup within the clinic's software.
2. Supported Standards & Attachment Handling
Medevio ensures seamless data exchange by supporting the following transmission protocols:
-
Data Standards: Full compatibility with both DASTA 3 and DASTA 4 frameworks.
-
Attachment Methods: Files are transmitted using two standardized methods in strict accordance with DASTA 4 documentation:
-
Embedded Data: Direct integration of files within the data block.
-
Secure Download Links: Provision of encrypted links for secure attachment retrieval.
-
3. Processing Logic & Automation Workflow
The system architecture supports automated workflows for incoming reports (on the physician's side) to minimize manual data entry:
-
Automatic Data Transcription: The system parses relevant information from incoming files and transcribes it directly into the patient's medical record (decursus).
-
Automated Patient Creation: If incoming data does not match an existing record, the system can automatically generate a new patient profile based on the provided identity attributes.
-
Direct Attachment Storage: Capability to save original reports or specific file attachments directly into the digital folder of the respective patient within the AIS.
